Admissions Process for Preschool

We request that families interested in admission make an appointment for a tour of the school with the Preschool Director (931-388-4373 / mandy.scott@cabulldogs.org). Preschool tours are generally held in the morning, but can be flexible as needed.

During a preschool tour, you will have the opportunity to see our school environment and meet our staff and students. Following your introduction to our school, we encourage you to begin the online application process - CLICK HERE. The non-refundable application fee is $75 and can be paid securely online to our Business Office via the online application.

Applications for admission will be acted upon promptly based on availability. Waiting lists are available for full classes. Once admitted, you will be asked to complete and submit an enrollment contract with a $100 enrollment fee. The $100 enrollment contract fee is not required until a space become available. Admissions Process for Jr. Kindergarten

The first step in our Jr. K enrollment process is scheduling a tour with our Admissions Office (931-398-5355 / admissions@cabulldogs.org). This tour will be coordinated with the appropriate school location (Columbia or Spring Hill) so that specific location questions can be answered as needed. During the tour, parents will learn more about our programs, philosophy and policies as well as visit the Jr. K classrooms.

After the initial tour, we encourage you to begin the online application process and learn more about our Admissions deadlines for Jr. K - CLICK HERE. The non-refundable application fee is $75 and can be paid securely online to our Business Office via the online application. After the application is processed, you will be contacted to schedule a brief admissions interview and assessment with your child prior to admission.

After the interview and assessment, a decision will be made regarding your child's admission. If accepted and space is available, you will receive an online contract, which you will be required to return with a $300 enrollment deposit ($200 of which goes toward your tuition payments) to secure your child's enrollment.
